One of the most important things for a successful person is setting goals that are not only realistic but also challenging and inspiring. If you set your goal too low, then it won’t be challenging enough and you’ll get bored or lose interest in it quickly. If you set your goal too high, then you might end up giving up on it because it’s too hard or unattainable.

Besides setting goals, we should also identify our current state of mind or motivation level than we are at currently so that we can know what needs improvement to achieve our desired outcome at the end of the day.

Be kind to yourself

It’s important to forgive yourself for past mistakes. Being kind to yourself can help you move on and learn from your experiences. It can also help you better understand why you made the mistakes in the first place. Acknowledge what is true for you about your past and present situation. What events or experiences did you make mistakes in? How have those mistakes affected your life? How are you dealing with these experiences now? Write down what you want to change about your old self

Change is a part of life and it is important to understand that change is not always easy. It takes a lot of time, effort and commitment. To make change happen, you need to first identify what you want to change. You cannot just change anything and everything in your life at the same time. You need to focus on changing one thing at a time and give it your all for it to work out. After all, slow motion is better than no motion.
